These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the AI Skills Network website (aiskillsnetwork.org) and all services provided by AI Skills Network LLC. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Use of Services

You may use our services only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Certification Credentials

AI Skills Network certifications (AIP and CAIP) are private professional credentials issued by AI Skills Network LLC. They do not constitute governmental licensure, legal authorization to practice any profession, or a guarantee of employment or professional competence. Credential holders must comply with the Candidate Agreement and maintain their certification through biennial renewal.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including examination materials, the Body of Knowledge, certification marks (AIP, CAIP), and related materials are the intellectual property of AI Skills Network LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

AI Skills Network LLC provides its services “as is” and makes no warranties regarding the value, marketability, or employment outcomes associated with its certifications. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the fees you have paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Illinois.
